FACE 2 FACE
“Face 2 Face” 12”x16” acrylic on canvas
This piece explores the internal conflict we encounter as human beings. The original inspiration for the wolves came from a story that was told in a sermon by a dear friend. The story is called “The tale of two wolves” and the message behind it is that the thoughts that we feed will ultimately be the ones that manifest and grow. The hand at the top (my own handprint) symbolizes a unified perspective. The hands holding the chalice symbolize giving and receiving as well as communion. This piece has a myriad of meanings stored within it. The deeper you look the more you will discover what it means to you.
