Each piece teaches me something about myself. This painting is deeply special to me because it holds remnants of photographs , sketches and newspapers highlighting fond memories of my life and things I love. Some are photos of my childhood best friend, my old jiu jitsu gym, photography form 2015 when I got my first camera, rough sketches, and much more. The collage took form and turned into a beautiful and unexpected composition as I watched bits from my past merge into the present. And thus, trust was born.
